Meet the team
There are four of us, each with a different skillset and a different way of thinking.
We each bring our own thing to the table but our strength is in how we work together. The way we collaborate internally sets the tone for how we work with our clients and contractors. It’s clear, honest and all-in at all times.
It’s not just how we get stuff done, it’s how we make stuff people actually want to see.
The collaboration doesn’t just stop at the work either. We’re always deeply invested in a yap about whatever show everyone’s watching. No spoilers in the Slack channel.

Founder, Executive ProducerSam is a producer who somehow manages to be everywhere at once, and chill about it. He’s the guy you want in the trenches: quick to solve, calm under pressure, and always up for a post-wrap debrief.
If it’s a complex shoot or a chaotic timeline, Sam’s usually the one untangling it without breaking a sweat.

Founder, Studio DirectorHugh is Machine’s resident all-rounder with a camera in one hand and a pitch deck in the other. He’s part ideas guy, part image snob, and mostly just wants things to look right. You’ll usually find him somewhere between on-set and on-Slack pumping the memes channel.

Founder, Post Production DirectorDamien’s the quiet storm behind some of our loudest work. He makes 3D look easy and brings a sharp eye to anything moving on screen. He’s part animator, part magician, and fully addicted to neat timelines. Just don’t ask him how many hours he’s spent inside After Effects—it’s probably illegal.

Content ProducerRory is the kind of team player who makes everyone else’s job easier. He jumps between editing, cam op and animation without batting an eyelid. If you’ve seen a Machine edit that feels punchy, snappy and a little cheeky, there’s a good chance Rory touched it.
